Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Processing times are delayed on holidays/weekends.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*We usually process and ship our products within the shortest time possible. But if there are some inconvenience such as weather issue, political or local feuds and/or other issues, the product may be delivered within a longer time than usual. Please note that if the product doesn’t reach you within the maximum delivery time(3-6 weeks), please kindly email us at : [email protected]
with your order id and receipt(if possible) before claiming a dispute/chargeback. We will notify you about the delivery status. We also offer refunds. Please read our Refund Policy

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

Arrivarn ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, outside US. We usually ship all our products worldwide unless your state/city/country law doesn’t imply with/allow the distribution of our product.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Note that order tracking is currently only available for U.S. orders. We are working hard and trying our best to provide international customers the best support ever.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Arrivarn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

 

We make sure that our products are shipped in mint-condition. However, if, for any unfortunate reason the product breaks/damages during shipping, please contact us at : [email protected] before claiming a dispute/chargeback. We always focus on customer satisfaction. So, we will try our best to offer you either a full-refund, half-refund, percentage(%) refund or product replacement.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
